A fantastic compilation cookbook of all travels i made with co-author Nadia Zerouali in the last 10 years, from Lebanon to Morocco, Algeria, Libya, Syria (yes when those countries were still available to travel to) and all the beautiful dishes we found and stories we heard.
So very happy to have such a book celebrating all our other books and recipes once again.
Think of Tunisian fish couscous, Moroccan harira but also many dishes with a twist. Inspired by what we learned, like phyllo tartelettes with mhallabia and loquats or sarma (vine leaves) with a fruity pistachio, fig pomegranate, white cheese sumac filling and focaccia with spinach roquefort and pomegranate molasses.. And of course recipes by dear friends like Kamal Mouzawak s from Souk el Tayeb (Lebanon) bitter orange roast chicken
