Spring 2019: just launched our new range of products SOUQ at Dutch supermarket Albert Heijn….with a broad range of ingredients from the Arab Kitchen from Maghreb to Lebanon: our own blend of fantastic Lebanese farm za’atar, our own recipe of rose harissa, preserved lemon harissa, couscous, barley couscous, sumak , our own blend of dukkah, flatbread, tahina and so on. Needles to say…..i’m very proud.
